Staff and location are excellent, I enjoyed staying here. Comfortable beds, central heating, an iron and an electronic key card in the room. The outdoor restaurant is very nice, serves appetising dishes.

The booked room was fashionable and well-appointed even with big windows. Hotel's reception was very friendly with superfriendly personnel. The service was terrific, I had 2 fantastic nights here. Could use their free parking.

We liked location and staff here. Plenty of supplies in the room: iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk. You can find Zills - Tapas & Mezze an easy walk to the hotel to a have lunch.
Its breakfast certainly could be was n't included in the price.

Appealing and fairly clean place, everything was very clean. The rooms were compact and beautifully designed with a beautiful bathroom. The hotel had a central location and it was walking distance to Bootham.
The staff were very busy, didn't expect that coming.
